Zomtally guide
Wedding supplies checklist, counted
Wedding planning has enough moving parts without recounting chairs. Zomtally keeps every supply against the number you need, including where each one comes from.
Track wedding supplies in Zomtally
- Start from the Wedding template, which covers seating, plates, water and centerpieces.
- Note where items come from — 30 chairs from the venue, 20 from a rental company.
- Count deliveries with your camera as they arrive and correct anything the count missed.
- Use tasks with due dates for the rest: confirm the rental, order flowers.

Frequently asked questions
How accurate is camera counting?
It works best with clearly visible objects. You always see the count before using it and can correct it.
Can I share it with the venue or family?
Yes. Share the checklist in one tap so everyone works from the same list.
